Overview
TEQ Fusion Android 13 is a unique farmable Card in Dokkan Battle, being available from Area 14 in Story Mode. His performance is lackluster compared to gacha Cards, but he’s a decent F2P Android option for players that lack these Cards. Overall, this is a lukewarm EZA.
Strengths
Android 13’s EZA allows him to float a lot better, with a sizable ATK and DEF Buff, and enough Ki to make him very independent. He also gets a decent Buff bonus while having 2 extra Androids in his team, which is pretty easy to do, and has a good DEF Debuff on Super ATK.
Weaknesses
13 is F2P and very old, and it shows. His base stats and Link Skills are very bad, and even with the good self Buffs his EZA provides, he doesn’t really compete with other floaters from his Teams. On top of this, his Leader Skill is not very useful and he’s not available in many Categories.
Synergy
Because of his F2P status and weak overall performance, Android 13 is mostly used as a filler and floater Card for his Category teams, and is probably better replaced for a stronger gacha exclusive. He can still see some uses in a few easier game modes for players that have him rainbowned.

| Grants a rare chance of performing a critical hit that ignores the enemy's DEF and is highly effective against all Types. The higher the skill level, the higher the chance of giving a critical hit. |
