Tier B+

Voyager is an AoE Quick Foreigner Servant with a strong offering of team support and the ability to loop their NP. Their NP does bonus damage against Heaven attribute, and importantly gives 20% NP Gauge to the entire party, plus an additional 10% for Pseudo-Servant trait allies. In addition, Voyager also comes with a 50% NP Charge skill that also provides him with 3 turns of Debuff Immunity and a few Crit Stars, making him quite decent at filling his (and his allies') NP Gauge when his NP or skills are available. He also can support allies' Critical potential, with Crit Gather buffs for an ally, Crit Damage buffs for all allies, and a Critical Rate Resist buff that decreases the likelihood of sustaining a crit from enemies. Finally, he has a defensive option in the form of Evade, which also acts as his Quick Card steroid and additionally debuffs Quick Resist for one enemy. As a package, Voyager has an excellent assortment of beneficial effects for both the party and himself; his weakness is that his damage is rather poor, and Classes that he has advantage against are somewhat rare with the exception of Berserkers. His Cards also have somewhat poor NP Gain (aside from his NP itself), which can make it difficult for him to fill his NP Gauge if his skills are on cooldown. Overall, although somewhat lacking in damage, Voyager is a solid AoE Quick Foreigner that offers a generous amount of party support in addition to some wave clearing ability.

Tier C+

Kijyo Koyo is an ST Buster Berserker with a split focus between damage and party support. Offensively, she comes with Buster, Quick and ATK buffs, and a Star Gather buff with high enough values to overcome her innately low Berserker star weight. Support-wise, she can increase the Overcharge level for an ally, and restores HP, clears 1 debuff, and applies debuff immunity to all allies. Defensively, she only has a mild DEF buff, and no hard defensive options, so she will be dependent on support from allies to survive harder-hitting enemies. Her NP comes with a mild self-burn demerit, and otherwise is a straightforward damage dealing NP that gives her a small ATK buff before damage. Her damage is decent, although she suffers from Berserker fragility, lack of an NP charge skill, and somewhat niche supportive effects that perhaps would be more powerful on less fragile supports. Kijyo Koyo is still more than capable of filling the role of an ST Berserker for those lacking one, and although she has some tough competition in her role, it is important to note that she also can be a dinosaur.

Tier B

The Welfare of the Fate/Requiem Collab, Utsumi Erice is an AoE Arts Lancer who has an Instant Death gimmick on her NP that also removes defensive buffs after damage. Her skill kit is mostly focused on self buffs, including Arts, Crit Damage, Crit Star Gather, Sure Hit, Death Success Rate Up, and an anti-Servant damage bonus. Her defensive option is an 2-time 3 turn Evade, which is tied to her Arts buff. She fills the role of the relatively sparse Arts AoE Lancer relatively well, in part thanks to her ease of NP5 as a Welfare. However, it's worth noting that her NP refund can be inconsistent due to the Death effect occurring before damage, which on success, removes any NP generation that would have occurred for that given enemy. Even so, she is a solid option, particularly against Archer Servants due to her ability to stack Class advantage and her anti-Servant bonus damage. Her ability to remove defensive buffs further bolsters her utility in a wider variety of encounters, making Erice a welcome addition to the roster.

Utsumi Erice: x -> B (Avg Score: 7.83) - [NorseFTX - B][TrubotheDwarf - B][WhiteRabbit - B][Rathilal - C+]

Tier List Movements

5 Star Servants

Tier D > D

The Demon King gains a skill upgrade that allows them to benefit from the Burning field status that they are capable of applying -- bonus damage against Heaven attribute enemies for 3 turns while the field is Burning status. The change is a helpful, boosting Nobunaga's damage in certain situations, and Heaven attribute enemies are decently common. However, its effectiveness is still limited to specific encounters, which somewhat dampens the usefulness of the upgrade. Fans of the Demon King still have more upgrades to look forward to, however, so fear not! In the meantime, it was generally agreed that moving Demon King Nobunaga at this point would be premature, so their tier will not change.

Demon King Nobunaga (Oda Nobunaga): D -> D (Avg Score: 6) - [NorseFTX - D][TrubotheDwarf - D][WhiteRabbit - D][Rathilal - D]

Tier D+ > C

Okita Alter's latest rank up ranted her a 3-time, 3 turn ATK buff on top of her existing NP charge skill, which improves her damage a small amount and enables her to fully cover all three offensive buff types (Card: Buster / NP Damage / ATK) within her kit. More solid damage output is always welcome, and it was generally agreed that this change is worth giving her a small bump to her tier.

Okita Souji (Alter): D+ -> C (Avg Score: 7) - [NorseFTX - C][TrubotheDwarf - C][WhiteRabbit - C][Rathilal - C]

4 Star Servants

Tier B > B+

The Rock 'n' Roll star receives her NP Upgrade, which on top of the general ST Buster +200% Damage boost across the board, also enables Berserker Nobunaga to set the stage ablaze (as she always should have been able to do). With the ability to apply the Burning field status with her NP, she can better take advantage of her field-dependent ATK buff on her third skill. The raw damage boost to her NP is also substantial, making her an even stronger contender as an offensive option, particularly against Divine trait enemies. Staff generally agreed that she deserves a small bump in tier with this upgrade.

Oda Nobunaga (Berserker): B -> B+ (Avg Score: 8.42) - [NorseFTX - B+][TrubotheDwarf - B+][WhiteRabbit - A][Rathilal - B]
