About the IVs on level 40+10 characters
When you put a hero on lvl 40+10 there is any diference between a +atk and -spd hero, or a +atk and -res? Beacause there is no diference in those status if the hero is 40+1, on 40+1 it lost the weak spot whether in spd or in res.

The only difference is with Dragonflowers. If the flaw would have changed the order of the stats at lvl 1 (say a -spd unit would have 9/7/8/6 while a -res would have 9/8/8/5) then the required flower to increase speed would change from 3 to 4.
It has no real impact if you aim at +5/10 DF the unit, but if you only want to increase the useful stats, then it might be worth considering it.
