RNGjealous of your luck. I pulled on the banner (310 orbs) to get a single copy of him but failed.
I think that if you plan on keeping his B skill (which is what I wanted), +Spd would be better because all your battles would become speed checks, increasing doubles and survivability.
If I were to merge 4 of them, I would choose the boon/asset you think you want, merge to +3. Play around for a while and see if you like that or would prefer the other boon/asset. Only experience can help you making an informed decision. I ran a neutral Felicia all the way to 40+7, before choosing a boon/asset (+Atk).
