Okay first, just looking at their weapons, already makes me want to skip hard. I'll also discuss potential demotion.
Lugh - obviously we'll already get Gronnserpent. I doubt he will demote because F!Morgan didn't get demoted and they have the same line of weapon.
Rutger - am I seeing a Slaying Edge there or some weapon with a -1 cooldown with another effect?
Sue - that bow doesn't look legendary to me. It might be the Wo Dao version of the bows (Harmonic Bow?).

I think it all depends on skills, Lugh can be demoted or be free unit, IS left Morgan as 5* not for her weapon but for unit type, i was really suprised when IS gave out Aversa for free and with great stats.
Sue has low chances of demotion thanks to being archer cav but considering how generous IS was lately, she also could be free or prime candidate for demotion.
