DC fodder to who?
Okay first off, Hrid avoided me in his debut banner and now he shows up to me three times (the other copy was in a separate session)? I merged one to my +Def, the other one will be DC+(Atk Smoke fodder).
I'm planning to give this DC to my Titania but I'm also not sure who are other good candidates that are not 5* locked and easy to invest on (don't say Effie because she'll have both DC+Special Fighter from a Val!Ike).

depends on your playstyle and if you like the unit enough to give it to her no matter the reason.
I gave Soleil DC since I really like her and she can kill most range units with ease.
Give DC to offensive units if you want to kill the range units with ease, Soleil, Ayra, Raven, Mia.
OR
to defensive units if you just want them to be able to counter attack.
Soleil is a good Red DC unit to have so long as you're running Null C-Disrupt with Firesweep, or using anything but Firesweep(Brave is pretty questionable).
Sounds like you already have Effie built up, so there's that. Doesn't seem like there's too many good Blue DC users other than a few armours. Some other builds would probably prefer focusing on physical units only instead of trying to counter from a distance.
Sheena's a good Green DC unit. Mixed bulk and allows you to fire off a hard hitting special every once in a while. I've seen a good DC Camilla running around in my Friends List, but otherwise you're probably better off giving it to Titania for support.
