She doesn't really need any help to make viable. Dancers typically avoid combat, but she should go well against blues and certain greens even with a bane in Def. Just avoid reds. You can keep her native TA for better blue matchups, or inherit Fury to improve your match ups against greens. Or, if you're feeling spicy, inherit Distant Counter to let her bait blue mages.
Help with Performing Azura

Those IVs are fine, her main job is to dance and tank Reinhardt anyways.
For builds try this:
Weapon: Uror
Assist: Sing
Special: Moonbow
A-Slot: Triangle Adept
B-Slot: Wings of Mercy / any Dancer Buff Skill / Weapon Breaker Skill
C-Slot: any Buff / Drive Resistance
Uror can be replaced with Emerald Axe+ if you decide to run Distant Counter on her as this will allow her to retaliate and kill Reinhardt at the cost of her Legendary weapon's passive.
The reason I personally don't suggest Fury for her A is because she will no longer tank Reinhardt reliably without TA and her 20 defence with Fury will have a hard time tanking very much from the physical side, even from blues.
Also note that the new Dancer buffs are just like Hone buffs so they do not stack. If you decide to run one alongside her weapon, it's use is just to cap out the buff to 4 instead of 3. Otherwise WoM is much better.
Hope this helps.
Def bane is the best thing you can get as she has bad def. You won't be using her tank anyway and this is even more of a reason not to. Atk boon may not be the best, but it's viable. Believe me, I don't have a atk boon on mine but the damage is amazing. So, your Azura should be a little scary. Plus, she is a singer, so her stats matter a little less as she allows you to use an actual attacking unit twice. And if I were you, I'd look at that weapon and what it does when she sings.
