I just got a neutral stat Leo and I was wondering what type of skills I should give him.

Extract feathers and dragonflowers, then go find someone who'll enjoy QR3

2 times distant defence (or mirror stance in his A), and his QR.
Iceberg for special.

And of course, refine his Brynhildr

^ This is the best way to use him. One of the best mage baiters.

Though He Could Run A CC Candelabra Set-Up.

I wouldn't recommend that.

His def is only 25 and his speed is horrible.
Brynhildr>Candelabra because he not only prevent doubles from pretty much all ranged units (exept for the odd Leon or Jacob), he also lowers the damage from the first magic hit.

And giving up his A slot for a skill that doesn't give stats makes that even worse.

There's no cav mage that uses cc that well
