Low-Tier Unit Builds?

I was thinking on building some low-tier units. I am just curious if these builds are good, and please do not expect a lot out of these builds like Arthur or Stahl. I want to try out those builds to see how effective they are. Anyway, let me know which of these units I should build first.

Virion - Looks fine. Switch to Darting Blow seal.

Clive - I guess it could work? I can't really say much about it.

Leo - I prefer him to not have a Bladetome.

Jakob - I like his mixed bulk, and would rather increase it rather than destroy it with LnD.

Arthur - Looks okay, but change the seal.

Gunter - Sturdy Blow? That doesn't really synergize with his low speed and Quick Riposte.

Stahl - Might wanna change the bane, or at least go Neutral.

Subaki - Looks okay.

There aint a single arthur better than Circus's arthur, and everyone knows it, everyone also knows that any build for arthur thats not developed by Circus is shit.
