Who to refine

I just famred for Divine Dews and I don't know who to refine. I have the following 5 star units, can you help me decide?

Lucina +Def/-Res
Nephenee +Spd/-Def
Tana +Def/-Res
Jaffar +Def/-Atk (Close Counter, Vantage, Savage Blow Build)

If you have anymore unit suggestions that might be in my 4 Star Collection would be a great idea.

I was also thinking of the Pegasus Sisters for the Triangle Attack Refine, probably start with Est?

If you already have the build inherited on Jaffar, I'd pick him.
Other wise Est is bEst!!

Ye its the most gymmiky but its also the most fun
