62 Shiki is a second volley MG with a decent stat spread. She has pretty high accuracy and a second volley skill. Her second volley skill is a combination of an accuracy and damage buff. Because MGs are primarily expected to fight low to no evasion enemies, the higher accuracy is rather wasted and her damage buff is mediocre for an MG. Her tiles have a decent layout of accuracy and armor, which help SGs perform their role better, but there are easily better alternative MGs available.
