Are FMS and Type56 considered good to invest into

So I pulled FMS and 2x Type. Not sure if I should start investing in one or two of them or wait for another AR. Do people in China think well of thoose two t-dolls?

No idea about the Type56, but the Famas has a page here, it might help.

No. Famas and Type56-1 are sadly among the worst ARs and a horrible choice as grenadiers. You will be better off retiring them for cores to use on a better doll. If you really want to make them work, though, you can. No gun in this game is unusable.
