Echelon 1 set up help

So I've been playing for a pretty short time (3-5 days I think?) and I'm in the stages of wanting to have a well built echelon I can actually rely on, and hopefully I'm not too far to make changes. (got about 6 tdolls 3x, quite a few 2x including some 5stars which was a poor choice on my part, oh well)
Anyway, currently I'm rocking:
WA2000, Skorpion, Sten MKII, G11 (still leveling, used to have Galil in this slot) and FF FNC (soon to be replaced with ART556 when I get her because lets be honest, cute = good)
All of them are 3 stacked and level 50 or higher, excluding G11.
I've been sticking to an F/B formation with Skorpion usually being an improv main tank due to just sinking a lot of enhancement fodder to get her evasion up. But I do notice this set up lacks on damage and Skorpion could be pulling a better job tanking/dodging, and I wanted to ask for some recommendations for changes. And also wondering if I should forgo the whole 1rf-2ar-2smg in favor of something different. (preferably keeping the RF on the table, WA2000 is performing amazingly) I do have m14 if y'all think 2rf would be a better idea.

Still, any newbie help on building up this echelon would be appreciated! (I have as far as ST AR-15 in the story, if that matters)

update: just got ump45 drop, praise lady luck, Sten mkII is now out of the echelon in favor of 45

IMO, swap out WA2k and FNC for M4A1 and AR15. Both are far too strong to be left on the sideline. WA2k is strong as hell but she performs better in a dedicated rifle echelon than being mixed in with SMG/AR.

AR15 admittedly won't show her real strength till level 80 but she's still fairly strong before then since she can cap her own RoF 4 seconds into an engagement and keep it there.

M4A1 is a reasonably strong as an AR on her own in addition to having an excellent skill and excellent tile buff.

Other than that I'd say it'll do fine, just position G11 behind Skorpion to help buff her molotov damage.

Just to add to the previous comment, you’ll want to focus on getting G11’s skill maxed out because at level 10 it’s extremely good with it hitting 3 times for every shot. This allows her to really outperform any AR for the duration of her skill.
