Well you can always just tailor your logistics missions to aim specifically for them but You'll just end up with the opposite problem that way of having the contracts but running short on resources.
1-4 and 0-2 are probably two of the best for t-doll contracts.
0-1 and 4-2 are probably the two best for quick production. While 0-1 does have quick repairs muddying up the potential reward it's got a very short time of 50 minutes so it'll come up a lot.
Other things you can do to help are actually level your logistics teams to increase great success chances which will guarantee an item attachment.
Overall though I think the better answer is just to pace yourself. As long as you have a couple of teams that can clear content there's no need to rush to try to get specific t-dolls. Build up a supply of contracts for rate up events and burn through them then.
