The classic wa2k/svd formation is like:
Wa2k|welrod
Grizzly | m950a
Svd| none
For you have no welrod, you can simply swap her for makarov, her 3* equivalent. That's all.

HG/RF Formation
I am trying to set up a 3 HG and 2 RF formation with my two RFs being Wa2k and SVD. I understand the concept of this formation utilizing the RoF of the RFs, but I am having trouble deciding on which HGs to use in this formation and would love for any suggestions.
Note:
I do not have Five-SeveN for the backline HG slot...
I do not have Welrod MkII for the main tank slot...
HG I do have: Grizzly, CZ75, Mk23, M950A, NZ75...
