So first I'd like to say that both of those echelons look well constructed. Also, I like the usage of one RF in some AR/SMG echelons because they provide good utility with their backline targeting and they can hold their own without tile buffs. And if you put them in the spot that only gets one tile buff, then you're not wasting very much potential... so that's great! However, (and I'm not completely sure but....) I do believe that in general, more straight forward echelons are more reliable in most situations. So the safest bet is to use the echelon with 3 ARs. Plus, like you said, M14 would be even more useful in night echelons so she can take out the backline heavy hitters quickly. (I would like to add that if you ever get SVD or WA2000, either could easily replace an AR in the backline of an AR/SMG echelon reliably, especially if you have a handgun in the Frontline.) So I would go with the second echelon. However, I have one small problem with it which is that Vector's very incredible ROF buff tile is really wasted on G11. She could be providing a damage-self-buffing AR like G41, Type 95, G36, or even FF FNC with the huge ROF boost they need. It's just so inefficient and from that point of view, she is wasted in this current formation. What's more, in my experience, her incendiary grenade doesn't really need help doing it's job against most standard enemies. She is still a phenomenal choice for off tank, especially with the damage buff you gave her but I would consider using PPS-43 instead so G11 can get an even higher damage buff (which is very efficient for her) and PPS-43's weaker grenade can get boosted to where it needs to be. Both will perform well here though. Lastly, I would not use RO635 because UMP45's tile buffs are much better and on top of that, are very efficient with high ROF guns like AUG and G11 which you have. Actually, you've got one heck of an echelon here. Nice job.
