Should I use SOP MOD II or Type 97?

I personally would use Type 97 due to the fact that she’s the better AR. She has a good damage stat and her self-buff ROF causes her to be self reliant and out perform SOPMOD II. Her ROF is already very good so with UMP45 and M4A1’s 18% damage increase tiles she’s definitely the better option.
