Trying to get a Type95. Would I be better off using Heavy or Standard Production?

I'm trying to get a Type95 with the recipe 91 400 400 31 (standard) and 1000 4000 4000 1000 (heavy). Do I stand a better chance if I stick to standard or heavy production? I'm aware that low Heavy Production has a 15% chance of producing a 5-star...

I keep getting G41 and it's really annoying...

Unfortunately, you won't have a higher chance of getting any specific unit by using heavy production over regular production. It's generally advisable to stick to regular production for the lower resource cost, so just keep at it and you'll eventually get who you're aiming for =)
