Clear Steps
This chapter is not as intimidating as it looks. This one features a gimmick using the Radar Node to turn the KCCO Hydra friendly, killing off the enemy Goliath for you.
Turn 1

Spawn a Combat Echelon on the Command Post, move left, and down. This will encircle the Radar Node next turn.
Turn 2

Make sure the Hydra is set to Eliminate Enemies. Then move up, left, and down, ending your turn on the Heliport at the center of the map.
Turn 3/4
What you do on Turn 3 is decided purely by your ability to kill the Goliath. If you can kill the Goliath, follow the path shown below. If you lack the firepower to kill the Goliath, circle around the bottom instead and wait one more turn to capture the enemy Command Center.
Brute Force:

If you are able, move up, engage the Goliath, and then down and onto the Command Post.
Going around:
3.1
End your turn here. The KCCO Hydra turns into a hostile unit after killing the Goliath, so it is necessary to stand one node away to avoid drawing aggro.

Move onto the Enemy Command Post and capture it.
