At the start of the battle, if there are other SG T-Dolls on the same row, increase the chance of knockback by 10%, and all attacks are guaranteed to hit.

Increase "Activity" by 1 with each attack that hits an enemy. When Activity reaches 100, deal fatal damage to the non-elite enemy unit with the highest base damage, then increase self-damage by 75%, fire at a rate that is fixed at 1 shot per second and cease reloading until the end of the battle.

Equipment

Overview

FO-12 is a rare case of a DPS SG that has an actual use in nuking high FP, high priority targets that start being common Mirror Stage onwards. These targets usually happen to be support units, in that they either provide buffs/debuffs cleansing to enemies and/or provide debuffs/remove buffs from the Commanders’ T-Dolls, making fights much harder to win.

These types of units usually have a high FP stat, despite not having any sort of attack abilities. Often these units happen to be the highest FP unit in an enemy team, which makes FO-12 prioritize them for her nuke shot. As she deals fatal damage, she completely bypasses enemy armor, shields, and absurdly high HP pools, when other units would struggle to finish them.

One particular aspect of her Skill is that her fatal damage is, in fact, a very high damage output, meaning that it is affected by Elite tag, which means that she can’t delete any enemy that Grape can’t delete, as well as damage reduction skills. KCCO Dogs, which happen to have a damage reduction skill, also nullifies her fatal damage.

It’s possible to see that, while the KCCO Dog is damaged by her skill, their damage reduction to 1 also reduces to 1 her “fatal” damage.

Meanwhile, while their Skill is on cooldown, she manages to delete one group of KCCO Dogs (marked by her Skull mark), meaning that Commanders can time activating her fatal shot when damage reduction skills from enemies are on cooldown.

However, FO-12 specifically works in 2SG teams, as her nuke shot depends on actually hitting the enemies. Because SGs have low Accuracy by nature, pairing her with another SG to give her perfect accuracy is essential to let her quickly dispose of the enemy support unit. That also means equipping her with Birdshot is also advised, as it’ll allow her to hit more enemies, thus reducing the time she takes to shoot her nuke.

Lastly, to make up for her lack of defensive abilities and low HP pool among her SG counterparts, she increases her knockback chance to 10% when she is in 2SG teams. Moreover, once she shoots her nuke, FO-12 ends with a fixed RoF of 1 shot per second and completely bypasses reloads, which means she will be knocking back enemies fairly often, while her SG partner will soak up any damage directed at the team. Since her only defensive ability relies on dishing continuous knockbacks, it also ends up benefitting from the Birdshot ammo equipped to help her shoot her nuke faster. Smth smth two Birds one nuke.

As if she didn’t have a use-case that makes her very relevant, she also happens to have a very rare Crit Rate tiles, on top of Damage tiles, that provides a big buff to the MGs’ damage output, on top of being able to cover the entire backrow from Position 9.

FO-12 is an SG that new and veteran Commanders alike will hugely benefit from when enemy support units start being common, along with the return of MGSG meta teams.

Strengths

Guaranteed kill

Her nuke shot is guaranteed to finish her target if it is a non-elite when even Carcano M91/38 “Grape” would struggle to kill them. Some of the enemy support units have over 30000 HP pools, while other non-elite enemies, like Hanniballs, have over 100000 HP, making them hard to be killed swiftly/in a timely manner by most T-Dolls.

Fixed RoF, Accuracy and knockback

Once FO-12 finishes her priority target, she gets a fixed RoF, and completely bypasses reloads. Paired with her passive perfect accuracy and fixed knockback chance of 10% means she will consistently knockback enemies, thus reducing the burden of her partner SG.

Incredible tiles

Buffing Crit Rate and Damage is the best combination MGs could ask for. On top of that, FO-12 manages to do that for the entire backrow when fielded on Position 9.

Above-average Armor

At 23 Armor, FO-12 has a decent Armor start among her peers, which somewhat makes up for her low HP pool.

Weaknesses

Requires a second SG to enable her Passive Skill

As Activity buildup without perfect Accuracy is extremely lacking due to missing most shots even with an ITI, having another SG in the same row as she is is practically required, as it’ll grant her perfect accuracy and a fixed 10% chance of knockback, which will enable her to get her Nuke off as well as grant her the fixed RoF. This means that, while she still has some use in 1SG teams, it’s recommended to field her in 2SG teams. With MS onwards fights to require MGSG teams, this only makes her ill-suited for content prior to Mirror Stage.

Can’t lose links at all

Because her insta kill shot depends on her building up Activity, which in turn depends on the amount of hits she scores, losing a link can significantly slow down her Activity build-up, which means her fatal shot will take longer to be shot.

Nuke is ineffective on Elite enemies

FO-12 is nicknamed “SG Grape” also because she shares the same disadvantage that the aforementioned RF: Her fatal shot has no effect on Elite units.

Low HP pool

At only 1280 HP, FO-12 has one of the lowest HP pools among her SG peers.

Team Options

To make full use of her, she’s best paired with another SG, preferably one with defensive capabilities, such as LTLX or M500 Mod. For MGs, MGs that can provide Armor tiles are her best friend.

History/Trivia

The Origin-12 is a semi-automatic magazine-fed combat shotgun developed by Fostech Outdoors. The Origin-12 is based primarily based on the AK action, and is derived from the Saiga-12 and Vepr-12 semi-auto shotguns.

Personality

A brilliant girl, she once belonged to an ELID disaster rescue organization, where she took on search and protection duties. Her partner "Lightning Jack" is a rescue dog who can reach places FO-12 can't, sharing it's field of vision and other information with her. She does not treat Jack as a pet, but as a battle buddy. Due to her previous work, she likes hanging around high-defense shotgun Dolls, and she particularly likes having Jack test the hardness of their shields, which has led to many shields sporting bite marks.
