Equipment
Overview
G41 is the physical representation of what an AR is supposed to be. Her stats are above average, her tile buffs are nothing to scoff at, and her skill, which boosts her DMG by 75%, allows her to be used in a variety of ways. Because of this, she doesn’t possess any glaring weaknesses, but this versatility can actually also be a weakness for G41. Since she’s so well-rounded, she does not fulfill a niche. For these reasons, when one needs an AR to fill a specific role, it’s exceedingly likely that G41 will be outclassed by a more specialized AR.
Still, though, G41’s general performance in an Echelon is well above average. For standard use, she’s an excellent T-Doll who likely won’t disappoint in most situations.

Strengths
Generally Above Average
G41 has above average stats, sitting at 50 Damage and 48 Accuracy. Her tile buffs of 50% Accuracy and 15% Evasion aren’t phenomenal, but are definitely functional. Her skill, which boosts her Damage by 75%, also serves to make her the versatile unit that she is.
4 Second Initial Skill Cooldown
Since ideally, most in-game battles will last 7~8 seconds, G41’s 4 second initial cooldown skill will help her defeat foes faster and more efficiently.
Great Versatility
G41’s flat Damage self-buff skill combined with her 10s skill duration means that she can be put into any AR+SMG squad and produce great results.
Weaknesses
Limited Ability to Specialize
Although G41’s versatility is a positive, she’s versatile because she has no specialty. Because of this, she’s may be sometimes outclassed by other T-dolls that fulfill a specific niche.
Full Analysis
G41 is the jack of all trades, and the master of none. While on paper, she may seem like an AR who should be used whenever possible, in practice she sometimes simply cannot compete with ARs who can perform specific, specialized roles.
First on the list of qualities that make G41 seem like an AR that should be used at all times is her overall composition. G41’s kit is the most well-rounded out of all the top ARs, and due to her high offensive stats, decent tiles, plus her skill -- a flat 75% Damage buff -- she can effectively function without a great deal of team support. In addition, as G41 buffs her own Damage, she isn’t picky about which tile buffs she receives from SMGs. Thus, she is able to be put in almost any Echelon and perform well. Thanks to her skill, she isn’t particularly weak to any specific foes unlike ARs who self-buff their ROF with their skill, who are weak against armored enemies. And finally, GR41’s tile buffs are also above average when compared to he T-Doll class, offering a 15% Evasion and 50% Accuracy increase; although the 50% Accuracy buff isn’t of much concern to most SMGs, the 15% extra Evasion is extremely helpful for many.
It is because G41 is good at everything, however, that she does not excel at anything -- and as most other ARs are specialized to do one job extremely well, she falls behind in comparison to other ARs when they are performing certain roles. For example, she is outperformed by ARs with night-related skills in Night Battles, can’t compete with RoF ARs in terms of pure DPS, and doesn’t do crowd control as well as grenade skill ARs do. Additionally, her buff tiles don’t cover the spot directly in front of her, so even though her 15% Evasion buff is great, it normally only ends up having an effect on one SMG.
Despite these limitations, her overall performance still makes G41 a solid choice in any Echelon. Although she’s objectively worse compared to ARs who excel in particular areas while they are fulfilling their niches, for general use she’s a stellar AR.

AR |
As G41 is versatile, and she can synergize with almost every AR and SMG. Usually, G41 is either placed at positions 7 or 1; this is because her Evasion tiles are useful for buffing the main SMG tank, but her buff tiles do not cover the tile directly in front of her. Due to this, her buffs will not reach the SMG main tank if she is placed in the middle of the back column.

For a more specific example, since G41’s tiles give both Accuracy and Evasion buffs, she’s a good fit for SR-3MP Echelons. This is because she both increases SR-3MP’s survivability and damage output.
