Overview
M240L is a great example of how powerful an MG needs to be to be widely viable. She cleanses debuffs on the entire echelon, buffs her own Damage and Armor Penetration, has Overpenetration (excess AP turns into extra Damage), has Surehit and doesn't suffer from default MG targeting with her High-Threat targeting.
Chivalry benefits from your echelon having fewer units than the enemy, starting at 50 when this condition is met, and combined with a Para Debuff will instantly reach 100 stacks when both conditions are met (Parachute Debuff has 5 debuffs per ally, totalling up to 50 Chivalry). While she may take a little longer to gain full benefits if either of these conditions are not met, she still retains her High Threat targeting and Overpenetration even before she reaches 100 stacks. High-Threat is a tag assigned to certain enemy units, and a list of current enemies and their tags (as of SS) can be found here.
