Level 10 Effect
Passive: SGs on this unit's buff tiles gain a formation buff - whenever any units take damage, a teddy bear plushie appears in front of them and attracts enemy targeting. This effect can only trigger once every 15 seconds. The bear has 5% of this unit's max HP, 50% of her evasion and armor lasts 5 seconds. Active: Click the skill icon to toggle between different attack modes. Continuous Mode (default): reduce self damage and accuracy by 10% and increase the interval between attacks by 10%. Reloading is not needed in this mode. Burst Mode: Increase critical chance by 20% and critical damage by 40% and prioritize the enemy unit with the highest HP. After every 3 shots, the next does double damage. |

Equipment
Overview
Better than RPK-16 in cute smile, looks, Skill and stats, RPK-203 to cement the death of old Terminal Barrage MGs as well as one of the first real competitors against M1895 CB, due to her Continuous Mode. RPK can be toggled between Continuous Mode and Burst Mode, where: Burst Mode: Part of her Skill has RPK shooting like a Terminal Barrage MG (MG5, PK, M2HB), which were some of the strongest 1st Volley MGs in the game. On top of that, it also increases her Crit Rate and Crit Damage, making her a very strong 1st Volley MG. Continuous Mode: At only a small penalty of 10% FP and a decrease in her Attack Speed, she completely bypasses having a Reload phase, becoming the first MG to have an endless 1st Volley. For drawn-out fights, she easily beats RPK in that aspect and beats M1895 CB as well.
Summing it up, RPK on her Burst Mode is a top tier 1st Volley MG, while on her Continuous Mode she easily beats her companions known for working well in drawn-out battles (RPK-16 and M1895 CB). She will be a welcome addition to both new Commanders and seasoned veteran. To maximize her Damage output, her Skill should be manually toggled twice: first to switch her to Burst Mode (as her default mode is Continuous Mode), then again to switch her back to Continuous Mode before she reloads.

Strengths
High Damage
She has a respectable 91 Damage stat. While it is nothing mindblowing like Kord’s 109 Damage, it still puts her on the high-end of MGs damage wise. For comparison, her competitors, RPK and M1895 CB have 85 and 90 Damage, respectively.
High Accuracy
She has a high base Accuracy of 34, which lowers to 31 on her Continuous Mode. It means that she will suffer slightly less against non 0 Evasion enemies than most of her peers.
Insanely strong 1st volley
Her Burst Mode grants her 20% Crit Rate, 40% Crit Damage (which means she deals 210% Crit Damage, considering the base 150% Crit Damage) and a Terminal Barrage-esque buff (where every 4th bullet deals 2x Damage). This makes her insanely strong, even more considering that…
Targets high HP enemy on Burst
…her Burst Mode instantly switches her targetting to high HP enemies. As some new enemy comps are composed of escorts and a few, high HP and often dangerous units this means that RPK will consistently dish her high Damage at the target that matters.
Non-stop 1st Volley on Continuous Mode
At her release, she is the first MG to completely bypass the Reload Phase. Even RPK-16 still has a short Reload Phase when she is switching from AR mode back to MG mode. She also still shoots like an MG, unlike her sus counterpart, at 11 frames per shot (just like Terminal Barrage MGs).
Passive defensive ability
Her passive can work right at the start of a battle, as long as the SGs are attacked right away. It also works per SG, if the Echelon has 2 SGs (although that’s a rare team composition to use).
Weaknesses
Teddy bear late activation
Her teddy bear only is activated if the SGs themselves take Damage, which means that if they’re shielded the teddy will only appear once the shield is completely emptied.
Non-intuitive Rate of Fire reduction
“Increase interval between attacks” initially sounds like a buff but is actually a Rate of Fire debuff calculated in a non-conventional way: her Skill seems to work on a RoF/Skill Multiplier basis. To illustrate how this works, consider the following table:
At Skill Level 1 she has a 50% increase. As MGs has 150 RoF, which means they fire 3 shots per second, at SL 1 she will shoot 3 shots per 1.5s, or 2 shots per second. Due to how GFL RoF is coded, this means she ends up with roughly 100 RoF. so only a 33% RoF Reduction. G11 Mod is also in the same RoF bracket:

History/Trivia
Profile: She's a skilled operator, gentle and polite - or at least, that's what she's SAID to be like. In truth, she deals with people and things in a very harsh way, and if someone slacks off or makes a mistake... Regardless of whether they're a Doll or the Commander, she will put a sweet smile on her face and deliver scathing criticism with the utmost sincerity.
