Overview
VP9 buffs all allies RoF and has RoF tiles along with a tile layout that allows her to be in both Pos4 and Pos5 without issues.
The extra Accuracy from her Skill can be nice at Night for RFs, provided there are enough enemies in range to provide stacks. Flat Accuracy means it is applied after Night Penalty, and as it can swiftly go up to 30 or even towards 60 Acc when fighting large groups of enemies, is nothing to scoff at.
