New Tier List Placements

5 Star Servants

Tier A

The twins, Dioscuri, are Saber-class single target Arts damage dealers with excellent cards and NP hit counts. Their Arts NP ignores both Invincibility and DEF before dealing damage, while inflicting an Arts and Quick resistance debuff after damage. Their Arts, Quick, and NP cards all have high hitcounts, giving them excellent NP refund, especially if they can pull off an NPAA chain. Their most notable skill provides special buffs on attacks, with bonus Stars when using Arts Cards, and bonus NP Gauge when using Quick Cards, further enhancing the strength of their cards. Aside from this, they have the ability to support allies with ATK and NP Damage buffs, along with Debuff Immunity for all allies. They also have a moderate Quick/Arts self buff and a 1-turn Evade as their defensive option. Dioscuri are an excellent single target Saber option that only further improves with the presence of Arts Supports in the party.

Dioscuri: x -> A (Avg Score: 9.06) - [NorseFTX - A][TrubotheDwarf - A+][WhiteRabbit - A][Meliran - A][Rathilal - A][Ceui - A]

Additional Servant (Released ~1 week after Olympus initial release)

4 Star Servants

Tier C

The fiery Caenis joins the roster as an AoE Buster Lancer with a primarily selfish offensively-oriented kit. Their NP buffs their own NP and Crit damage before dealing damage to all enemies, and these buffs last multiple turns, further enhancing their performance on post-NP turns. Their skill set contains multiple self offensive buffs, including a strong ATK buff, and a special on-attack buff that increases their ATK with every normal attack, up to 3 times. They also are capable of debuffing an enemy's ATK with normal attacks. Their defensive option is the Guts and decently valued Damage Cut on their third skill, although the Damage Cut may not be sufficient to survive certain enemy NP attacks so bringing some defensive support for them may be helpful. Although there are better supportive options in the role, Caenis deals decent damage with all their buffs accounted for, and will fill the role of AoE Buster Lancer decently well with their relatively straightforward kit.

Caenis: x -> C (Avg Score: 6.95) - [NorseFTX - C][TrubotheDwarf - C][WhiteRabbit - C][Meliran - C][Rathilal - C][Ceui - C-]

Tier List Movements

5 Star Servants

Tier B > B+

Mordred received an upgrade to her Intuition skill, complete with a new Buster Star Gather Rate buff and a Critical Damage buff, along with a minor boost to the number of stars generated by the skill. The critical performance buff for her is welcome, helping with her damage output for 3 crit hits across 3 turns. Although opinion was split, overall, this change was enough to give her a minor boost in her tiering.

Mordred: B -> B+ (Avg Score: 8.27) - [NorseFTX - B+][TrubotheDwarf - B+][WhiteRabbit - B][Meliran - A-][Rathilal - B]

Tier C+ > B

Vlad III gains an upgrade to his Guts skill, now giving him access to an additional stack of Guts (lasting 1 time, 1 turn) on top of the existing Guts stack, while also importantly boosting his NP Gain for 3 turns. The Guts is a nice bit of a survivability boost for him given his fragile Berserker classing, and the NP Gain importantly makes it much easier for him to fire off his NP multiple times in succession. This upgrade is a worthy one to undertake for all Vlad III users, and makes him even more valuable in the presence of Arts Supports.

Vlad III: C+ -> B (Avg Score: 7.87) - [NorseFTX - B-][TrubotheDwarf - B+][WhiteRabbit - B][Meliran - C+][Rathilal - B]

Tier C > C

Amakusa Shirou gains a buff to his first skill, slightly increasing the number of Stars generated per turn, as well as now providing an ally with a small NP Gain boost for 3 turns. This improves his supportive utility, although in most cases this upgrade does not make it worth replacing a dedicated support with him, and in practice is relatively minor. As a result, it was agreed upon that this upgrade wasn't quite worth a tier bump for him.

Amakusa Shirou: C -> C (Avg Score: 7) - [NorseFTX - C][TrubotheDwarf - C][WhiteRabbit - C][Meliran - C][Rathilal - C]
