Introduction

Hi Friends! The appetizers may be eaten, the main course devoured, but there’s always room for Extra helpings and dessert, right? So get ready for the Extra stage, which is considerably more difficult than last event, thanks to the introduction of Solo and All Resistance. Like Chapter 1 EX, you are only allowed to take on these chapters 3 times per day.

Please note that all of these fights will have their stats listed as the fights are on Lunatic difficulty. Normal and Hard fights have approximately 1/3rd and 1/2th the health listed here, and come with fewer enemies. Also, as always, names of those who appear in these fights will be spoiled, so come check this out after doing the Extra on normal if you don’t want to be spoiled.

Stage 1

Wave 1
Enemy HP Weak To Resists Barriers Spell Gauge Skills
Nitori Kawashiro 88800 Earth, Star Sun, Metal 6 2 Increase own Accuracy & Increase own All Resistance & Lower own Solo Resistance
Wave 2
Enemy HP Weak To Resists Barriers Spell Gauge Skills
Aya Shameimaru 89200 Metal, Star Sun, Water 6 2 None
Wave 3
Enemy HP Weak To Resists Barriers Spell Gauge Skills
Suika Ibuki 92500 Fire, Star Sun, Earth 6 2 Increase own Yin ATK & Increase own All Resistance & Lower own Solo Resistance

A pretty simple appetizer here, but a potentially brutal one if you’re lacking Solo attackers, due to the abundance of All Resist. Since all the enemies in this stage share a weakness to Star Element, try to bring a Star attacker if you can. Even if you can’t, their HP totals aren’t that high, even with the Resistance, so enough firepower will secure the day - or you can just resort to Burn and Poison to whittle them down.

If you’re really struggling, remember that you can aim for a Full Break - all buffs are removed during one, and enemies can’t reapply their buffs when they’re stunned!

Stage 2

Wave 1
Enemy HP Weak To Resists Barriers Spell Gauge Skills
Nitori Kawashiro 46600 Earth, Star Sun, Metal 6 2 Increase own Accuracy & Increase own All Resistance & Lower own Solo Resistance
Aya Shameimaru 48140 Metal, Star Sun, Water 6 2 None
Wave 2
Enemy HP Weak To Resists Barriers Spell Gauge Skills
Bake-danuki 95000 None None 6 Increase own Accuracy & Increase own All Resistance & Lower own Solo Resistance
Wave 3
Enemy HP Weak To Resists Barriers Spell Gauge Skills
Suika Ibuki 51220 Fire, Star Sun, Earth 6 2 Increase own Yin ATK & Increase own All Resistance & Lower own Solo Resistance
Yuugi Hoshiguma 53330 Sun, Fire Moon, Earth 6 2 Increase own Yin ATK & Increase own All Resistance & Lower own Solo Resistance

Unfortunately during the main course, plan “just pelt their weaknesses” falls apart a little bit due to the typeless enemy in the second wave. Either bring some Solo attackers or, failing that, Burn and Poison will still work - typeless enemies without Spell Gauge aren’t very threatening. The other two stages mercifully have much lower HP enemies, so it should be easier to take them down even with All targeting attacks.

Again, if this feast is too tough to stomach, remember that you can Full Break (their plates) and they’ll be forced to hork up their buffs, and will be too stunned to reapply them.

Say, Aya, that’s the second time in a row you’ve shown up with no skills. Taking it easy, or just stuck in a food coma?

Stage 3

Wave 1
Enemy HP Weak To Resists Barriers Spell Gauge Skills
Suika Ibuki 76260 Fire, Star Sun, Earth 6 2 Increase own Yin ATK & Increase own All Resistance & Lower own Solo Resistance
Aya Shameimaru 73830 Metal, Star Sun, Water 6 2 Increase own Agility
Wave 2
Enemy HP Weak To Resists Barriers Spell Gauge Skills
Yuugi Hoshiguma 75800 Sun, Fire Moon, Earth 6 2 Increase own Yin ATK & Increase own All Resistance & Lower own Solo Resistance
Nitori Kawashiro 74210 Earth, Star Sun, Metal 6 2 Incrase the Accuracy of all allies & Increase the Own Resistance of all allies & Lower the Solo Resistance of all allies
Wave 3
Enemy HP Weak To Resists Barriers Spell Gauge Skills
Hatate Himekaidou 165780 Sun, Metal Moon, Water 6 1 Increase own Evasion & Increase own All Resistance & Lower own Solo Resistance

Time for dessert - it's more All Resistance! Starting to see a theme here? NextNinja reaally wants you to consider using Solo Attacks. Overall this is the same as the first two stages, but even harder due to the overall higher health totals - including Hatate’s jaw dropping 165,780 hp, on top of raising both her Evasion and All Resistance! If you’re having troubles striking this bird down, remember that Full Breaks wipe out all buffs - Evasion and Resistance alike. Failing that, make sure to pack at least some Sun or Metal, and save it for her, as she's weak to both and by far the biggest threat here.

Oh, so Aya finally uses a skill - but all she’s doing is trying to go faster. What a bird. What a bird.
