Should You Pull?

If you're looking for a incredibly potent Solo targeting nuker with fantastic Breaks, Hecatia Lapizlazuli is here to make you go 'hell yeah!' Junko is also a selfish Solo targeting nuker - however, her breaks and damage are both much worse, making her more of a bonus rather than a reason to specifically pull on this banner from a purely meta perspective.

This is a Festival banner, and both Friends will not be added to the general pool when it ends.

Quick Overview

+Extremely high Turn 1 damage as well as set up damage.
+Good set of elemental access with Moon and Star being the predominant ones.
+Self-inflicts anomalies which allows her to counter fights which inflict anomalies
+Great spread of Killer bullets with Anti Gensokyo.

-No notable utility.
-Full auto will neuter her damage.

+Decently powerful Solo targeting Last Word if given time to setup
+P0 Solo targeting Water Breaks on a Basic Shot

-Requires setup to do any damage at all
-Lackluster Breaks overall
-No team support
-Mixed damage makes her hard to support

Hecatia Lapislazuli

Hecatia Lapislazuli is a Goddess of Hell with a close and friendly relationship with Junko, and a mother-like relationship to Clownpiece. Hecatia's ability, the power of having three bodies, allows her to exist simultaneously on the Earth with her blue haired body, the Moon with her yellow haired body, and the Otherworlds (which includes places such as Gensokyo and Doremy's Dream World) with her red haired body, although her soul resides in Hell.

As a Goddess of Hell, Hecatia boasts firepower befitting her title. With a P0 elemental break on Anima Mundi, she augments this with good elemental access and a party wide Yin ATK up on The Moon is Falling! Meanwhile, her other spell card, Otherworld: Oumagatoki, gives her more power for her attacks while maintaining slightly worse elemental spread than the other spell card.. Ultimately, these two still do the same role: set up damage while doing a significant amount of damage themselves.

Her skills also show her extreme specialization, as they give her more CRI buffs and ATK buffs to make her able to attack enemies without fail. While she does debuff herself with anomalies, these only serve to augment the power she has instead with her ability: “Capable of having three bodies.” With her 1st skill effectively acting as a 6 levels of CRIT ATK and 3 stages of Yin ATK, Yang ATK, and 3 CRIT Accuracy, it allows her to hit obscene amounts of damage. Freeze anomalies also convert into Spirit Power which helps her augment on all her attacks especially her Last Word, Pandemonic Planet.

Ultimately, while Hecatia may deceive people with a Solo targeting Last Word and self inflicting anomalies, do not be fooled. Hecatia will provide your team with a ton of firepower. She may not support the team, but she provides her power by being the character you use to delete any enemy from existence.

Junko

Once, Junko lived a life of happiness with her son - a life which was ripped away from her oh so cruelly. Once, there were ten suns, shining bright in the sky, blazing with such heat that life could not bear it. Once, the lunarian princess Chang’e convinced the mortal hero Houyi to shoot down those ten suns - and in the aftermath, Junko’s son perished. Swearing vengeance, Junko purified herself into a being of pure hatred - constantly attempting to have her revenge on the lunar capital, and upon Chang’e. Most recently, she teamed up with the goddess of hell Hecatia Lapizlazuli in the events of Legacy of Lunatic Kingdom to enact her revenge once more.

In LostWord, Junko is unfortunately somewhat overall lackluster. She primarily has three things of note on her kit: Firstly, her Spread Shot Rahu features 1 Solo targeting Water Break at 0 Power, providing a spammable source of Water Breaks. Secondly, her first Spell Card, Pure Light of the Palm, provides Junko with 1 Spirit Power UP - unfortunately both it and her other Spell Card have very lackluster Breaks, so all she can really do with it is funnel it into her Last Word. Said Solo targeting Last Word, Original Logos, features a solid amount of damage if you let Junko accumulate 3 Spirit Power - but anything less than that will be somewhat underwhelming, as it is extremely back-loaded. In a pinch, it also features a somewhat odd 3 Star, 2 Fire, and 1 Water Break in total at 3 Spirit Power - thankfully her character ability boosts the damage she does to Resistances by 25%, which somewhat mitigates the spread nature of it.

As her skills mostly serve to further fuel her Last Word and are not particularly notably strong buffs, there’s not much else worth mentioning about Junko - she does have no Weaknesses or Resistances, which is neat, but not super helpful due to her kit lacking Focus UP. She’s a somewhat slightly below average Solo nuker who can provide you with some Water Breaks if you’re stretching your resources as thin as possible, and that’s about it.
