Should You Pull?
Only if you want or need a strong satori, otherwise this isn’t required to pull. Returning from deep below is a mistress of the underworld with her accompanying Anima, ready to reclaim what is dear to her - her younger sister, her pet kasha and a pet hell raven. This Relic Prayer doesn’t just have this satori though, as it comes with a Step-UP Prayer that costs 300 God Crystals on Step 1, but will cost 600 God Crystals on Steps 2-5. On top of that, the chances of L80 Satori Komeiji increases by 20% per step, starting from 120% on Step 1 and finishing at 200% on Step 5!
When it comes to her performance in Touhou LostWord, L80 Satori is capable of holding her own in battle as a Destroy-Class Friend. Every bullet line in her kit is either Fire or Water, meaning she is extremely consistent with those 2 elements, and when it comes to anomalies, she really makes great use of them, by inflicting 3 layers of Poison on all enemies via Skill 3 and up to 3 layers of Burn on her Spell Card 2 Pre-ATK (which is Scaled with Boosts). This same Spell Card can easily break the Barriers of her enemies at 3P which means that L80 Satori is capable of single handedly breaking 6 barriers per enemy across these 2 anomalies. Speaking of anomalies, she is also good with inflicting anomalies onto herself (Poison/Blind for offensive buffs) She is also rather self-sufficient with her Spirit Power gain, partly because of the aforementioned Spell Card 2. And of course, being a Destroy-Class Friend means her average CRIT rate on Bullet Lines will be considerably higher than usual, especially on her later ones. Take her Last Word for example, with a 50% CRIT Rate on her 3P lines, she just needs to make sure her CRIT Accuracy is stacked to the max for those sweet CRITs to come to fruition. Outside of that though, her Killers on her Last Word shine rather well, having Youkai on the early lines and Human on the 50% CRIT Rate lines. With that said, talking about those Killers conveniently takes us into some downsides…
L80 Satori’s Killers outside of her Last Word are not the most impressive. While Parallel Presence is certainly not a bad Killer by any means, and can definitely find the right moments to shine, but outside of that, various Killers are scattered across her kit (barring her Last Word) such as Beast, Underworld, Undead, Soul, Former Hell, Hell and Mastermind (LW). Of course, her Killers are generally stronger on her Last Word, and L80 Satori can definitely shine bright in clear content when it comes to those CRITs and whatnot. However, another thing holding her back is her slightly lacking buffs like Accuracy since she needs another stage to ensure her later bullets will connect, and 2 stages on Skill 1 is a little on the short side unfortunately. Her team support comes in the form of Skill 1’s CRIT Accuracy, Spirit Power and aforementioned Accuracy, as well as some buffs on her Last Word. Outside of Accuracy though, unless she is supported by other Friends or Story Cards, L80 Satori’s main source of Yang ATK is only through self-anomaly inflictions via Skill 2, which could pose another problem in itself.
Ultimately, this does not make L80 Satori a bad unit by any means. Compared to other Relics, she is arguably in the middle of the pack mainly for her great breaks, self-sustainability and a powerful Last Word, but damage outside of her Last Word in most cases won’t be too impressive, and the buffs that would benefit her the most are a bit lacking in some cases. Keep those caveats in mind and you’re all set with her! However, since this is a rerun Prayer outside of Shared Exchange Points Season One, this most likely won’t be a sought-after Prayer for the average player, although if any Komeiji fan who is yet to get this version of Satori, they will still want to make sure to pick her up!

Amazing Barrier Break Potential
L80 Satori can inflict both Burn and Poison anomalies and break them via her Shots, 2nd Spell Card, and Last Word. On top of this, every single bullet line here is either Water or Fire, meaning that elemental breaking will definitely be consistent.
Self-Sustainable Satori
L80 Satori is self-sustainable in a way where she can replenish her Barriers and Spirit Power via Spell Card 2, allowing her to take advantage of barrier breaks and potential Graze utility. Her Skills also have a decent duration where they can be used to keep up her buffs with little to no downtime.
Lackluster Spell Card damage, but a Powerful Last Word
Despite being a Destroy-Class character, she cannot carry her CRIT Accuracy enough to do great damage using her Spell Cards. Additionally, her lack of currently relevant Killers also contribute to her Spell Card's damage output. If these Killers do hit however, it can prove to produce great damage, but thankfully, her Last Word has Youkai-Killerwhich will help a ton nonetheless.
Somewhat Lacking in Team Utility and Personal Buffs
L80 Satori’s Skill 1’s support can be helpful, boosting CRIT Accuracy by 4 Stages, Accuracy by 2 Stages and even Spirit Power by 0.75. There are other ways to support the team such as CRIT ATK by Grazing as well as some Last Word buffs. However, outside of some debuff potential like with CRIT DEF, CRIT Evasion and Yang DEF, L80 Satori’s supporting potential leaves some to be desired. In fact, she might need even more Accuracy as a result of some bullet lines having a CRIT rate of less than 75%, and outside of anomaly buffs, is lacking Yang ATK.
