Should You Pull?
Mostly recommended. It's been over half a year since L80 Sakuya Izayoi maid her mark as one of the best debuffers in the game (if not, the best) and she still holds up very well. Conveniently rerunning along with it being possible to farm more copies of the Story Card "The Moon and Izayoi". It's also not the only Sakuya-Themed banner, coming in with, but also competing with the Perfect & Elegant Maids Festival, and is also a reasonable choice if you want 1, or even 2 Sakuya Variants that really show some great potential. And no, there are never too many Sakuyas!
This Prayer, just like the L80 Alice Margatroid Relic Prayer that recently left has a similar 20 Fortune Dust per God Crystal Prayer. Speaking of which, we have an Ascending Step-UP, meaning Step 1 costs 300 God Crystals and Steps 2-5 cost 600 God Crystals. The chances of getting L80 Sakuya through this means increases by 20% per step (120% on Step 1, 200% on Step 5).
Now what makes this version of Sakuya still so strong to this day? Being arguably the most consistent Relic, she has a healthy range of Killers that appear frequently in her attacks, her Moon and Star breaks are incredibly vast, her Burn anomaly utility is also similarly vast whether it's to herself for offensive buffs or to break 5 Burn anomalies on an enemy via Spell Card 2 (can also guarantee a Stun via 2P), minor support via Spirit Power, Accuracy and Agility and she has really proven herself as a force to be reckoned with during the past 6 or so months in all kinds of content. Of course, we are talking about a debuffer, meaning that L80 Sakuya also brings a ton of ways to reduce the Yang DEF and CRIT DEF of her enemies. She just cannot disappoint with what you need her to do. Talk about aging like a fine wine.
Does this Prayer outperform a certain new pair of maids? It's a tough one, but it might depend on your needs and resource count. That said, if you need a strong Debuff-Class Friend, look no further in the world of Touhou LostWord than the Moon and Izayoi!

Amazing Burn Anomaly and Stun Utility
L80 Sakuya can break Burn anomalies with her attacks (Paralyze breaks in Last Word), constantly give herself Burn anomalies with her bullet lines which buff her offensive stats, and she can even guarantee a stun on a single enemy with 2P on her second Spell Card! Speaking of this Spell Card, she can also inflict 5 Burn anomalies onto an enemy before breaking it, also at 2P.
Applying Burn to team may hinder certain Friends
Not everyone relishes the Burn quite like L80 Sakuya does, with normal units taking a hit to Yin ATK and Yin DEF unless they remove it by Grazing, anomaly healing or just waiting it out. Synergizes with Friends with Burn converting Abilities such as F1 Reimu, C3 Reimu, C3 Marisa and of course, her L80 Remilia Scarlet.
