NO SOUP FOR YOU!
Arknights has announced that the free 5 Star Abjurer Operator Nine-Colored Deer (that is based on a Chinese fairy-tale) and English language voice actors (announced during the second anniversary livestream) will NOT be coming to Gloabal/EN as originally planned. When asked why the change in plans, a representative said:
"Based on player polling, it was determined that not enough Global EN Arknights players care about this content to make it worth the cost of adding them. Also, EN just isn't very important to our bottom line revenue stream, so it doesn't make sense to spend much money or effort on that player demographic, which should be obvious to everyone by now based on things like the poorly planned and implemented Draw & Guess Event, and the pretty much nonexistent Content Creator Program.
