RIIC Base Skills
RIIC Base Skills are bonuses that an Operator provides when stationed within certain types of facilities/buildings. This feature is only in the "Base" (Rhodes Island Infrastructure Complex) section of the game.
This list is meant to help a player decide the best Operators to assign to each facility.
