Talent: Attacks have a chance to [Bind] the target for several seconds. Will not target [Bound] enemies.

Skill 1: Change Attack Range, reduce Attack Interval, every attack deals a certain amount of Arts Damage.

Skill 2: Reduce Attack Interval, increase Talent activation chance. [Bound] enemies within Attack Range periodically receive a certain amount of Arts Damage.

First Impressions

Note: These are first impressions and based on conjecture since we don’t know the exact details. 

Indigo will be only the second Charge Caster added to the game, the first being Iris. Indigo's utility is in binding enemies and not targeting enemies that are already bound. The latter part will be a useful addition when using her as crowd control, as her binding potential won't be wasted on enemies that are already stalled. Both of her skills reduce her attack interval, thus increasing her binding power as well as the speed at which she can store her charges.  Indigo seems like she will be a potential option for players looking to add a ranged Bind to their squad for stalling and control purposes, and her 4 Star rarity makes her potentially more accessible than higher-rarity counterparts.
