Tier List Change Log - 9/9/2020 (Bagpipe/Sesa/Bibeak/Utage Release)

With the release of the new Operator batch, the tier list has undergone some shifting and new additions.

Changes are summarized below:

New Operators:

• Bagpipe - Vanguard (DP-On-Kill) - S+
• Sesa - Sniper (AoE) - A
• Bibeak - Guard (Dualstrike) - A
• Utage - Guard (Enmity) - A-

Tier Movements:

• Saria - Defender (Healing) - S > S+
