Demon
Demons are supernatural beings associated with occultism and the afterlife. They’re usually defined by red or purple skin, wings, horns, and in the case of Eyeflies, unnerving proportions.

Demihuman
Demihumans tend to be humanoid in nature or body plan, but differ in their exact anatomy. Goblins, trolls, cyclopes, and lizard men all fall into this category.
Dragon
Dragons includes all Dragon Trial bosses and High Dragons, plus the Fafnir Dragons from Avenue to Fortune. So far there are only specific Bane and Res Abilities for particular bosses; blanket Dragon Res and Dragon’s Bane have yet to be added to the game.

Human
Unlike other classes, Human enemies don’t have an associated Bane or Resistance skill. This category is special, being the one for characters encountered in the Story, Imperial Onslaught, or certain Events (such as the battle against Ieyasu and company).
Physian
Physian is a group best described as forest creatures, whether they be fungi, plants, birds, or snakes.
Therion
Therion is Greek for “wild animal” or “beast,” and thus refers to enemies who resemble animals (especially mammals). This includes things such as rats and canines, but also mythical hybrid creatures like the manticore.
Thaumian
Thaumians are inanimate objects brought to life using Thaumaturgy. Golems, pots of slime, puppets, and costumes (such as Shishimai) all fall into this category. Although Phraeganoth is never specified as an object enchanted by another party, he also is classified as a Thaumian.
Undead
Undead enemies consist of corpses, spirits, or remains reanimated through Necromancy. Ghouls, ghosts, and skeletons populate the list in Dragalia Lost, but other types of undead such as wraiths, vampires, banshees, and zombies would fit in here as well.
