Overview
Humming a supporting tune, Pia takes the stage as a Wind Lance user. Her kit is built around providing an Energy buff to her team, and building her own energy to hit with her first skill, Ka-boom!, a line damage attack. Unfortunately, Pia builds Energy at a fairly slow rate, with her S2 Cheer Up Chums! having a long charge time and only raising energy by a single stage. Her Energy Double Buff is useful, but she has no way to trigger it herself, and it only affects her energy level.

Providing Energy to the team is a useful feature, allowing Pia to help a team's damage output.
Tanky Build
With her HP Co-Ability and HP > 70% = Defense 10% Ability, Pia’s hard to take down.
Weaknesses
Slow Energy Buildup
It takes Pia a long time to charge her S2, and if she’s the only Energy source, it will be a long time before your team can reach 5 stacks.
Low Damage Output
With her S1 being her main source of damage and having no boosts but her slow Energy build, Pia’s damage output is low.
Dragon Recommendations
- Zephyr: The best DPS dragon for helping Pia’s low damage.
- Roc: If you don’t have Zephyr, she’s your go to.
- High Midgardsormr: A mixed Dragon and a good F2P choice.
Weapon Recommendations
- Spear of the Northern Cross: While it has great stats, its healing active is of little value.
- Tempest Lance: A decent budget option with a good active.
- Tornadospore Lance: A low end void staff that can be a workable budget option.

What Pia really needs is more skill damage, and some skill haste to help her energy output.
Heralds of Hinomoto is a great option for Pia, giving both Skill Damage and Haste. Resounding Rendition will help her Skill Damage, while Jewels of the Sun has excellent Skill Hhaste.
