Odetta is worth?

Well... certainly i have just pulled cause i haven't got so many light dragons and Gilgamesh seems pretty good...
I usually pull with certain preferences but that time i get a random Albert (+ my 3rth Auspex prayer wyrprint pitybreaking and my 1st and 2nd Lindworm x'D).

For some reason in my 4 pulls (+ a lot of tickets) i haven't got Odetta or Jackob. I don't care about Jackob but so many people are asking about Odetta and i want to know if she are amazing or not, if she gonna be locked or something... Just to figure out if i can miss a pull sesion to search a 4* character x'D

PS: my dark team really suck in compare with the others... so...I will try to pull on the next banner to check if i still got the "Dark hell" in Dragalia Lost :'D (for some reason i can just summon light units T-T')

To sum up:
Is Odetta relevant on Dragalia lost meanwhile i've got Albert ?
Odetta is gonna be locked or something ?
Should i pull for him in my situation ?
