Is IDW worth investing into?

Recently got the game and have been trying to get the hang of understanding which SMGs hold their own as good tanks, a lot of guides generally make note to pay attention to Evasion and I learned recently that IDW has a very high evasion gain. Does that make her a prime tank candidate despite the fairly large gap in HP between her and say, UMP45?

She's a fairly average evasion tank. While her evasion is very high, she suffers from low HP. Her skill uptime is good, her tile coverage as well, but her tile buff is rather weak. FMG-9 outclasses her as an evasion tank, but you can probably make IDW work if you're committed. And yes, she can fill the main tank role.
