She has been event limited across all servers, and she will most likely make a reappearance during Arctic Warfare (which should be the next story event) as a limited map drop. If she doesn't make it to Arctic Warfare, then who knows what Mica might pull. She was unobtainable in CN for about a year until the story event Singularity.
