Equipment

Overview

Saiga 308 is a self-buffer and buffer in the same RF, and also is the first Doll with CD tiles affecting everyone, not just a specific class.

Her self-buff to RoF isn't amazing, being only 50%, but she also buffs the RoF and Crit Damage of allies on her tiles. This means if she is placed on pos4 with another RF, she will give them both CD and some minor RoF and Crit Damage buffs. As she wants to be next to someone else, this does limit her positioning in an echelon and thus makes her a bit harder to use.

Overall, she wouldn't be a terrible option, as long as her positioning requirements don't cause problems (like with Rodeleros or Patrollers).

Strengths

CDR Tiles For Everyone

This is fairly unique, and not often that powerful but still nice.

Weaknesses

Not Amazing Buffs

Her buff multipliers aren't amazing, but servicable.

Full Analysis

Note that her buff for allies works on any adjacent doll on activation, not just on her tile layout. (Also works on a Doll behind her.)

This doesn't really matter much as you'd rarely want a RF in front of the rear column, but still interesting.

Team Options

As she's almost a fairly standard RF, being a self-buffer with some extra buffs for allies, she should fit nicely into any standard RFHG where her positioning requirement doesn't cause issues.

See the RFHG teambuilding guide. Do note that she would prefer to be next to the other RF so most likely on pos4, so standard pos4 HGs would need to be replaced with other HGs.
