How to Unlock:

Keep in mind you cannot be ambushed if there is another enemy on the node, and it is not guaranteed to be an ambush.

The Map Itself:
For the actual final map, you can either simply survive long enough for her beer counter to reach 10, or use some very strong dolls (Like G11mod) to defeat the boss (Dana has 1'000'000 health, so this is only an option if you have a very strong roster with probably maxed out fairies and equipment).
For the beer counter option, bringing Jill with you is highly recommended, as every time she finishes mixing a drink the counter goes up by 1, reducing the time you have to survive significantly.
Having Jill mix a Big Beer using Bronson Ext, Flanergide, Karmotrine as the 3 equips, makes the counter go up by 2 each time she mixes a drink, making this an even easier fight to survive long enough for.
This said, if you have Alchemist, you can just have Alchemist beat the map alone, no need for anything else.
