Some plays are also murder mysteries. In one such play, seven of the characters are victims, and the eighth is the culprit. But there is also a ninth character who shouldn't exist. What would happen if Flandre was also thrown into the mix...? That's what the god Okina Matara wanted to find out with her new rendition of this old play.

Character Analysis
Flandre Scarlet (Pseudo Servant: Nishita) was released on December 28th 2023 on "Ultra Festival Prayer: Destructive Drama." For more up-to-date analysis, be sure to visit the Official Discord Server.
In a dramatic, yet destructive fashion, this version of Flandre Scarlet comes out to play from behind closed doors! As one of two counterparts to the pair of Pseudo Shikigami, the devil that was selected by Nishita, an ancestral god alongside Teireita is channeling her inner Satono Nishida (or rather, Nishita channeling Flandre’s power?) to not only be a great backup dancer under Okina Matara’s wing, but also a performer whose limits go beyond the secret doors. Will dancing to the tune of the Secret God help resolve the Lost Word Incident?
Lr Flandre Scarlet is a Speed-Class Friend who dances her way in with strong Skills with 3 turns of cooldown duration, self-sufficiency, her usage of Blind anomalies to her advantage, and destructive damage potential.
As an Attacker / Supporter / Debuffer
- High Yin ATK stat at 1875.
- The damage of Lr Flandre’s bullet lines increase by 25% when one of her Metal/Star/Fire bullets are effective against said enemy.
- Gains Spirit Power from using Skill 3 (1.60), Passive 3 every turn (0.35) and provides it to the team with Spell Card 1 Post-ATK (0.75). However, Lr Flandre can also reach 3.00 Spirit Power on Turn 1 by herself instead of 2.60 through self-inflicted Blind anomalies (more on that below).
- Grants the team Yin ATK when using Skill 3 and Last Word Pre-ATK.
- Debuffs the Yin DEF of enemies via Skill 2 and on some Spell Card 2 Bullet Lines.
- CRIT ATK buffs gained via Skill 1.
- CRIT DEF debuffs on a target via 2 of Spell Card 2’s Bullet Lines.
- Gives Accuracy to the team when using Skill 1.
- Agility buffs for the team when Boosting and when using Skill 3 and the Pre-ATKs of Spell Card 1 and Last Word. Gains a slight Agility buff on a Focus Shot bullet line.
- Yin DEF buff for the team with Spell Card 2 Pre-ATK.
- Has both Slice Scaling and Hard Scaling, with a lot more of the former. Slice Scaling can go up to as high as 175% on her Last Word, and Hard Scaling only appears on Line 1 of every attack, with that alone having a much lesser Scaling percentage.
- When Grazing, can give the team some CRIT Accuracy for that turn.
- Lr Flandre’s destructive Killer range includes Human, Parallel Presence, Older Sister, Doll, Shrine Maiden and Magician
As a Utility / Breaker
- Lr Flandre’s elements are mostly Metal, Star and Fire appearing to a somewhat lesser extent. Metal appears 3 times on both her Spread Shot and Spell Card 1 while appearing 4 times on her Last Word, Star appears in every attack in some form, mainly being 3 times in both Shots and Spell Card 1, and Fire only mainly appears 3 times in her Focus Shot and 4 times in her Spell Card 2.
- Lr Flandre has another method of gaining Spirit Power, being through Blind and Freeze anomaly inflictions on herself (1 layer = 0.20 Spirit Power). She can do this with Skill 2 on the team, and as for herself, achieved on various Bullet Lines on Spell Card 1 and both Shots.
- She can also inflict and break Blind anomalies. Inflictions are achieved also through Skill 2, and Pre-ATKs from Spell Card 1 and Last Word, with breaks achieved via Solo Spread Shot (1P), All-Targeting Spell Card 1 (2P) and All-Targeting Last Word (3P).
- Team Evasion buffs from Spell Card 2 Pre-ATK.
- Gains 2 Barriers from Spell Card 2 Post-ATK, with the Last Word Post-ATK granting the same amount to the team.

Spell Card
The three key factors when it comes to getting the most out of Lr Flandre will be Spirit Power, Yin ATK and CRIT ATK. While Agility, Accuracy and even Yin DEF to an extent may be nice to have in some cases, they are less mandatory, and should all the important buffing be covered, you can look to Ofuda Boosting cards for both Spell Cards, and for elements if you wanted, Metal Cards for Spell Card 1 and Fire for Spell Card 2.

Last Word
Red Hot Polaris
Infinity Garden
Night-Splitting Light
Little Sister and Sweets
Disillusion
Two Girl Rock Band
Anniversary at the SDM
Ordinary Magician
With a Laser Last Word, Lr Flandre generally prefers something that will boost her Laser power by 50%, but because this Pseudo Servant is a Speed-Class Friend, Red Hot Polaris gives an additional Yin DEF debuff on top of the 50% Laser boost for good measure. It also boosts Fire bullets by 45% which is in one of her bullet lines. This is a similar story to Night-Splitting Light which has a 50% Boost in Laser and Star (another line also happens to be Star) so this becomes a strong choice too, but can’t make personal use of the Speed-restricted Yang DEF debuff effect. For a normal, yet effective Laser boost option, that’s what Infinity Garden can bring. One of the three above should be your go-to pick.
Some weaker, but somewhat viable options in their own right include Little Sister and Sweets with 45% Laser, some 50% Metal boosting cards like Disillusion and Two Girl Rock Band and some 25% Laser options with some quirky effects like Anniversary at the SDM and Ordinary Magician. The former of these two debuffs an enemy’s Yin DEF by 3 stages, and the latter has a tiny CRIT ATK boost with a favorable stat stick.
Character Skill Level Up Recommendations
First up for a maxed Skill performance shall be Blood Bath, for its boost in Spirit Power from 1.10 to 1.60, team Agility and Yin ATK, all contributing to Lr Flandre’s damage in some way. Next up will be Basement Actress. With that Skill’s 2 layers of Blind that Lr Flandre takes advantage of, on top of the prior Skill, she can reach 3P all by her own and also achieve some Yin DEF debuffs and Blind inflictions on all her enemies. And finally will be 495 Years Solo. Since it starts off with 2 stages of Team Accuracy, Lr Flandre is alright with leaving this one last, even with that boost in CRIT ATK.
Character Strengths
Destructive Dancing Devil’s Damage
Lr Flandre definitely has what it takes to deal great damage when the cards fall into place for her, and a few factors that can help make this possible is her usage of both Slice and Hard Scaling (a lot more of the former), higher damage if her Metal/Fire/Star elemental bullets are effective, and if her Killers land, can destroy her enemies. It may take some external help to reach max stats, but even then, Lr Flandre can hold her own rather well.
Self-Sufficient Soloist
This one of a kind backup dancer has all the important offensive buffs needed to get her going, some of those being on her Skills which all have a 3 Turn Cooldown, being rather convenient for relatively quick usage and having the buffs to stay afloat. These effects include for herself: CRIT ATK and Spirit Power. As for the team, we have: Yin ATK, Agility and Accuracy with more Agility for them when Boosting and some CRIT Accuracy when Grazing, as well as more Spirit Power for the team not just via Spell Card 1 Pre-ATK but also for herself via her Ability to turn any Blind and Freeze anomalies into Spirit Power, demonstrated by Skill 2. We also have some additional debuffing potential on enemies like with Yin DEF and the potential to inflict Blind anomalies, but more on that below…
Backed up by Blinds and Breaks
Inflicting 3 layers of Blind on all enemies, another 2 on Spell Card 1’s Pre-ATK and 3 more on her Last Word Pre-ATK, with the same Spell Card 1 and Last Word also being the ticket to Blind Breaking, Lr Flandre does definitely have what it takes to destroy the Barriers of her enemies, whether it’s through her Blind anomalies or her fair mix of Metal, Star and Fire elements
Character Weaknesses
Killer Range is Somewhat Taboo
Unfortunately, the main thing holding back Lr Flandre in terms of performance is her Killer range. While ones like mainly Human and Parallel Presence are decent compared to others, it might be hard at times to get the sweet Critical Hits when you need it, especially against enemies that don’t have the tags needed for Lr Flandre to get those CRITs.
