More beings in the realm of Endless Summer with their own swimsuits have been identified, and this time comes two spiritual presences from the Netherworld, one of them being the tireless, hardworking Half-Human Half Phantom who has the sushi-slicing service one could dream of! Despite her efforts, it’s not easy to keep Yuyuko satisfied with her coconut drinks, sushi and much more that the outside world, let alone the one of Eternal Summer has to offer when it comes to food to eat up, but Youmu Konpaku’s cooking training for her mistress’ sake is as diligent as the training of the Youmu’s sword skills!

C3 Youmu Konpaku is a Technical-Class Friend who serves up Freeze anomalies, extensive Yang DEF debuffs, and Support via Spirit Power, Yang ATK, Accuracy, CRIT Accuracy, Agility and of course, a Skill that reduces the team’s Skills’ cooldown durations by 1.

As an Attacker / Supporter / Debuffer

• High Yang ATK and Agility stats at 1960 and 1580 respectively.
• Gets a damage increase in her bullet lines by 20% if they are effective against the enemy. Includes mainly Metal, Earth and Water with slight bits of Fire and Wood.
• Has some methods of serving up Spirit Power boosts such as Skill 1 for the team (1.00). Selfish buffs that can be of use include Skill 2 (1.00) and Spell Card 2 (1.75).
• Yang ATK buffs for the team via Skill 2 and Last Word Pre-ATK.
• Will always gain a stage of CRIT ATK when C3 Youmu is attacked, thanks to Passive 2.
• A myriad of Yang DEF debuffs on all enemies via Skill 2, Spell Card 1 and Last Word Pre-ATKs. Singular Yang DEF debuffs are through Spell Card 2 Pre-ATK and Spread Shot bullet lines.
• Accuracy buffing for the team when Boosting.
• CRIT DEF debuffs including Last Word Pre-ATK, and on several bullet lines on various attacks.
• CRIT Accuracy buffing for the team when Grazing.
• CRIT Evasion debuffs on some bullet lines, such as on both Spell Cards and Last Word.
• Agility buffs for the team via both Spell Card Pre-ATKs and selfish Agility buffs on some bullet lines on Focus Shot and both Spell Cards.
• Has some strong Slice Scaling (with very very slight Hard Scaling). Slice Scaling can reach up to 200% Scaling on Last Word.
• C3 Youmu’s selection of Killers include Aquatic, Swimsuit, Summer, Beast, Bird, Fairy, Beast Youkai, Kaiju, Eientei, Lunar Capital, Hell, Divine Spirit Mausoleum, Animal Realm, Frog, Insect, Dragon Kin, Flower and Phantom.

As a Utility / Breaker

• C3 Youmu comes with a new mechanic: Party Cooldown Reduction via Skill 1. This makes all allies’ Skills cooldowns last 1 less turn (for example, 6 turns to 5 turns), and makes 1 CD Skills possible to use twice in the same turn. NOTE: Skill 1’s Cooldown duration is unaffected by this and will remain 7 turns after skill usage.
• Elements include Metal, Earth, Water, Wood and Fire. Metal appears mainly on her Last Word but very scattered elsewhere, Earth mainly dominates Spell Card 2 and again, is scattered elsewhere. Water only appears once on every attack, Wood appears once on both Shots and Spell Card 1, and there is just 1 line of Fire in Spell Card 1.
• Agility, Accuracy and Evasion buffs are gained when C3 Youmu is inflicted with Freeze/Poison/Blind/Paralyze anomalies. These are demonstrated with Freeze anomalies via Skill 3, Last Word Pre-ATK and on 1 bullet line on each of both Shots, Spell Card 2 and Last Word.
• Freeze anomalies are also inflicted on enemies, also achieved via Skill 3, and All Pre-ATKs (both Spell Cards, Last Word) with Spell Card 2 on one target. In fact, every attack can break Freeze anomalies one way or another, all at 2P, with a tiny extra Burn break on Spell Card 1 at 1P.
• Can give herself 3 Barriers via Skill 3 and 2 Barriers via Spell Card 1.
