"Kasen Ibaraki is a hermit from the Youkai Mountain who trains Reimu when she visits the Hakurei Shrine. This time, she wears a school uniform tailored at Kourindou. As a head prefect, who's a stickler for the rules, she's feared by many at the school.

Okina Matara is a sage who possesses various divine aspects. She is one of the creators of Gensokyo and also caused an incident in the past. Although she is sometimes called the ""secret god,"" it's not like she hides away from the world or anything. As a student leader, she struts down the school corridor."

"""Head prefect"" and ""student leader"" are two titles that many students aspire to. However, it seems they aren't really used in modern Japanese schools in the outside world.

But that's why they're used here in Gensokyo!

Ordinarily, the head prefect and student leader stand opposed to each other, but when necessary, they join hands for a single purpose. The girl exploring the academy couldn't believe her eyes when she saw this."

"An ordinary magician student was exploring the academy in search of treasure when she heard a rumor that there was some treasure in the canteen.

She rushed over and found an unhealthy but delicious-looking fried noodle bun. These buns are very popular among the students, so they usually get sold out within seconds. Unfortunately, it was not what the magician was looking for, but she bought it anyway because she thought it looked tasty.

At that moment, other students come to the canteen wanting to buy fried noodle buns. The magician ran away because she had a bad feeling when she noticed all their eyes were focused on the bun in her hands."

Kasen and Okina always act the same no matter where they are or what they wear. Kasen warns Reimu for being sloppy, and Okina prepares various events and festivals in secret. If anything interesting happens at the academy, you can be sure that they're a part of it."

"The head prefect heard the heavy footsteps of students running around the school before she saw them. Noticing the magician running out in front, Kasen realized that she was the cause of the disturbance. She blew her whistle and shouted, ""Stop running in the corridor!""

The student leader, who was looking forward to lunch, also started to move when she heard the sound of the whistle. ""Who stole my fried noodle bun?!""

No words were conveyed when Kasen and Okina encountered each other in the corridor, through eye contact alone, they agreed to make a temporary truce until the fleeing magician was caught.
