Hero Build Overview/Explanation

For those planning to +10 Serra while we wait for her eventual refine. I chose Palm Staff+ for the offensive potential, and any Balm+ skill as the special. For the A slot, a push 4 skill is the best, followed by razzle-dazzle combo in the B slot. The C slot is very flexible: i chose the new odd recovery skill, but an opening, oath or joint drive skill works. For the S slot, a solo skill that enhances her best stats is preferred.
