Hero Build Overview/Explanation
Sacred Seal: Brazen Atk/Spd 3
A heavy-hitting Brave Bow build for a super speedy unit. The point is to get her HP below 75% where she can activate Desperation and Brazen Atk/Spd- these in turn help Moonbow come out at least twice per initiation, assuming she outspeeds the enemy. Flashing Blade 3 works very well, but FB4 works even better since it has the +5 damage per attack. The best IVs for this build are of course +Atk and +Spd
Alternatively, her C Skill can be swapped out for Spd Smoke
