Hero Build Overview/Explanation
This is a heavy investion build focused on getting the most out of Bartre.
What happens if you combine a Say'ri (or Mareeta) with Close Call 3, a Summer Wolt with Brazen Atk/Spd 4 (alternatively just Brazen Atk/Spd 3) and a Ferdinand with Rouse Spd/Def 3?
You form the destroyer of armored or any not red Units(even some red ones).
Red mages and some red infantry Units are still a threat, but with a bit of support even that can be dealt with and Bartre should have enough health to tank at least one hit of them(except for Lysithea and Julia).
The Axe of Virility with it's Fury refine is an amazing weapon for this build, because it grants Bartre Atk/Spd/Def/Res +3 and deals 8 damage to him which gets him closer to the 80% health threshold for the Brazen skills.
After hitting the 80% health mark Bartre's might rises significantly with +16 Atk and +17 Spd
(the combination of Brazen Atk/Spd 3 and 4) allowing him to double every unit without a Lull skill and activate Close Call reliably, while also dealing a massive amount of damage.
Close Call 3 is also really useful to mitigate Bartre's low resistance by reducing the damage by a maximum of 40% if Bartre is fast enough.
Rouse Spd/Def was used here to further boost his great defense and middling speed.
The special Astra is just used for the maximum amount of damage possible and can easily be replaced by just about any damage dealing special.
