 Clear Steps

This map is not difficult, although there is some RNG enemy spawning that may cause your map to look slightly different . Once again, this is a night battle, so remember your PEQs (even low rarity ones are acceptable). If you are struggling with scouts, a Grenade or Molotov AR or SMG may be useful. 

This does also see the return of the Gates Mechanic from Christmas. Gates are linked to a console on the map which can be activated to open them. Familiarize yourself with this mechanic, it features prominently in this event.

Turn 1

1.1

Deploy your Combat Echelon on the Command Post. Move them to the left, and deploy a Dummy Echelon on the Command Post.

1.2

Move the Combat Echelon down one node. 

1.3

Move the Dummy Echelon to the right one node.

Turn 2

2.1

Move your Combat Echelon down one node onto the Console. 

When standing on a Console, a yellow bar will show it’s linked Gate. Tap the button to open the Gate, causing the node it is one to become white, and accessible. 

2.2

Move the Combat Echelon right, up, and right once again. 

2.3

Move your Dummy Echelon down two nodes.

Turn 3

3.1

Move the Combat Echelon right eight nodes, then up one node onto the Heliport.

Turn 4

4.1

Resupply and move the Combat Echelon down one node. Deploy a Dummy Echelon on the Heliport. 

4.2

Move the Combat Echelon down one node to engage the Dragoon. 

4.3

Move the Dummy Echelon down three nodes. This will only cost 2 AP despite what Planning Mode says, as you will swap with the Combat Echelon. 

4.4

Move the first Dummy Echelon left one node, and close the gate. Depending on enemy spawns, this will prevent an Enemy from moving in and threatening the Command Post. 

4.5

Finally, move the Combat Echelon to the left four nodes.

Turn 5

5.1

Move the Combat Echelon up three nodes. 

5.2

Move the second Dummy Echelon up two nodes, left, five nodes ,and down one node to encircle the southern Radar.

Turn 6

6.1

Move the Combat Echelon to the right three nodes along the one way paths, then up one node to encircle the radar. 

6.2

Move the second Dummy Echelon up four nodes to encircle another Radar

Turn 7

7.1

Move the Dummy Echelon down one node. 

7.2

Move the Combat Echelon down one node, and left three, swapping the Dummy Echelon onto the Radar. End your turn to complete the map.
