This is mostly just a "figure out how to leave the path open for your combat echelon while baiting Tareus into the trap". Pretty simple.
A strong ARSMG should be able to handle Tareus no problem. I still recommend Suomi and Shield Fairy because she does actually hurt.
After baiting Tareus into the glowy spot on the second layer, activate the trap with Maggie and then drop your combat echelon on top of her. If you want to make sure your echelon can handle this, just test against the Tareus fight in Night on Bald Mountain in carriage 2 (deploy a dummy and start the mission so she spawns, then long click on her and save target).
