Judgment: Guilty or Not Guilty

Shiki Eiki, Yamaxanadu's Spell Card. In this attack, she clearly distinguishes the boundary between guilty and not guilty. Also, according to a certain crow tengu's article, it appears that the Yama can also wrongfully convict someone. The Yama are pretty scary if they can rule against the accused when there is doubt.
