Anniversary Suspensions!
HG announced a very large number of suspensions today on it's news feed. The higher-than-usual number is possibly due to increased interest in the game due to the recent Anniversary, and all the new announcements, which can be seen here:

A: Technically, yes, though personally I have doubts that they would ban you for a few extra accounts. Most likely their concerns are mass account creators who intend to sell. But keep in mind, it is technically bannable.
